As we close the door on 2018, I reflect on the tremendous year of growth for Evolve Systems®. We are so thankful to all of you that made this year a success.
My goal for 2019 is to build on the success of the past 17 years of experience bringing better websites and marketing tools to the table. In 2018, we continued to follow our 5-step proven process: Strategy/Discovery, Design, Build, Market and Support. We made it our focus to grow our Digital Marketing department. With that goal in mind, we hired a Director of Marketing and Creative Director to oversee the tasks and strategies we provide our clients.
The most exciting additions to Evolve System’s capabilities was the addition of our Marketing Retainer program. Through this program, we are able to offer clients retainer-based services that include SEO (search engine optimization), social media management, online advertising campaigns, and graphic design services. Once our client’s launched their websites, they needed a support program for updates and security. We created our EvolveCare program. EvolveCare is an opportunity for our clients to partner with us as their agency on retainer. Through this program, our clients have success through faster delivery of services and increased access to project teams and cutting-edge marketing services. This means more sophisticated SEO and marketing campaigns, marketing automation and audience segmentation to continuously cultivate quality prospects. Our goal is to be considered an extension of your company and your go-to partner for all your marketing needs.
This past year, our clients shared concerns about maintaining their website security and fear of updating the core modules that could break the display of the sites. Under our EvolveCare Website Maintenance plan, we provide clients with a monthly plan customized to the needs of your site. Evolve manages the website, performs system updates, runs tests and ensures the system is healthy and secure on a monthly basis.
In 2019, we will continue to bring together the strengths of Evolve Systems® with a laser focus on delivering even better experiences for you.
