Sera Shea

Sera Shea is our Director of Operations and Culture Champion at Evolve Systems. Sera manages our program managers, design, and development teams while working closely with HR, spearheading culture initiatives, and assisting with client relationships. 

She has worked in the industry for over 14 years across multiple industries (manufacturing, industrial, alt investments, green energy, data centers, healthcare). Her favorite part about working at Evolve Systems is working and learning from our talented team. 

In her free time, she enjoys reading and is always running around with her 2.5 year old and two pups.
