Evolving Since Day One
It’s been nearly two decades since Marnie Ochs-Raleigh, CEO, and her husband Donald Raleigh, President, founded Evolve Systems. While a lot of things have changed, there is one thing that has yet to deviate – we have never ceased to evolve.
As a 6th generation entrepreneur, Marnie was bound for a life of growing and inspiring something great. When Marnie and Donald realized that ecommerce was going to be the thing of the future and the noticeable lack of proficiency at the time, they knew their expertise could fill the gap. So, Evolve Systems was created.
We started as a technology-based company providing merchant processing and custom ecommerce solutions while partnering with local design and marketing firms for non-technical needs. But as Google became more prominent for search and firms weren’t familiar with designing or marketing for the web, we knew our technical knowledge combined with full-service, in-house website and marketing capabilities would provide our clients with the best results. So, we evolved.
At Evolve Systems, we quickly became a digital, creative, and technology agency while our sister company, Evolve Payment was born to spearhead the merchant processing side of things.
Today, we call St. Paul, Minnesota home, located in the North metro, and we serve businesses across the U.S. We are a team of evolvers motivated by our history to never stop learning, adapting, and making a positive impact on our clients.

Our Minnesota Technology Diversity Pledge
Technology is at the root of our business; Evolve Systems started as a technology company and then merged into the digital sphere. Weʼve been involved in our local tech community for two decades and have witnessed each otherʼs great achievements but also the lack of equal representation, especially among LGBTQ, people of color, people with disabilities, and women.
We pledge to actively evolve Minnesotaʼs technology community by internally and externally pushing for change and inclusive representation. True success can only be achieved when diverse individuals have a seat at the table. Itʼs time to make that happen.
